Have you ever seen the bottle of perfume your best friend wears and instantly thought of her and how silly or how

serious she is? I once heard that your perfume is an extension of your personality and I totally agree. No matter what

scent you choose to wear it shows off your personality, whether your flirty and silly or serious and seductive. I don't know

about anyone else, but I am in love with perfume and wear it all the time. (Sometimes I put it on before I go to bed!) My

number one choice is With Love by Hilary Duff and Gwen Stepfani's L.A.M.B finishes in a close second. And being the

best friend I am, I know Lauren's fav scent is Burberry. Ha! Feel free to share about what your fav scent is !

Black Bird

Jae and I spent our Sunday making feather headbands to go along with a dance costume of ours! We sorta got volunteered to make them for us and eight others. . .
Our costumes are jet black with a few ruffles on the front, so we figure the Rhinestones would help add to the over all stage presence of the group.
It was fun (minus hot glue), super easy and didn't take long at all!




It got a little messy...

Dance Love

Yes, we are dancers!

We love love love love it, even all the frustrating moments.

Actually, without dance we would have never met at the ripe age of 3 at our Saturday morning ballet class! Over the last 13 years that we have been dancing, we have learned that dance is not only an activity, but it teaches you many life lessons. It lets us get away from reality. . . even if it is for only a few minutes!

Here are a few pictures from a solo practice a little while back. We both ended up doing really well in competition receiving golds as well as scholarships!

P.S.

This is not our studio, it's one we rented at the U of S and the lighting is pretty unfortunate.
